Course Description
Program curriculum focuses on teaching students how to best approach recruiting and training new employees for an organization. Employee learning and development plays a crucial role in class instruction, since graduates will take on the task of nurturing a company’s biggest investment: its people. Studies include human management theory, as well as more practical tactics for ensuring an organization is inspiring employees to do their best.
